My name is Diana Fernandez, and I am a college graduate of California State University of Bakersfield. I received my Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Education and Kinesiology, with a concentration in Exercise Science. Growing up I struggled with my weight as I went into the 8th grade and throughout high school. I was overweight and I was not cognizant of nutrition and the role it played on the human body. However, I was an active individual and loved playing sports in high school. Once I graduated from high school, I started going to my college gym and that is where I found my passion for working out! I then began to learn about nutrition on how to have a balanced healthy lifestyle. Earning my degree in Exercise Science was one of the best decisions I’ve made because it has helped me change people’s lives and set my health on a path to longevity and wellness.
I specialize in helping people reach their health and fitness goals whether that is losing weight/body fat, dropping inches off of those stubborn areas, building lean muscle, improving balance and mobility all while focusing on keeping the client safe from injuries.
I am CPR, AED, and First Aid certified. I am a certified personal trainer through NCCPT and have my Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. My goal is to have a positive impact on my clients health and well-being. Along with delivering my clients the results they want and need. I have a desire for helping others improve their health and fitness through proper exercise and nutrition. My passion in fitness and in personal training is to inspire people to further their knowledge in fitness and apply the concepts in their everyday life.
